My fellow learning colleagues

On behalf of the student of the Nigerian Law School (Lagos Campus), we choose to celebrate the life of our Lecturer, Father and Friend; Dr. Francis Julius Oniekoro.

They say death is a respecter of no man

They say death would come one day to take its toll

Some say, it waits diligently for the day it would have it way

Death itself brags with arms spread, it ability not to be surpassed in any way

It looks at us, as our eyes fill up with tears untimely,

Because we understand the value we just lost

But we refuse to let it win a second time

For we will be strong

Knowing that the life of Dr. Francis Julius Oniekoro was one to be proud of

As students, we may not have had the opportunity to personally interact with Dr. Francis Julius Oniekoro but having understood the level of contribution he has made to the structure of this Institution (Nigeria Law School) and the Nigeria Legal System at Large, we (students of the Lagos Campus) would give almost anything to have just a minute or two with him.

His service to humanity will stand the test of time, this we know because we believe that his creation was divine.

We pray that his children would find favor in the hearts of Men and God

We pray that this would be the last time that the institution would experience such an untimely death.
